Fengpai Auto Wheel Plant is China¡¯s first ever manufacturer specialized
in making auto Wheels. It was and is a key player designated
by the ex-Ministry of Machine Building and Zhejiang Provincial Machine
Building Administration. The manufacturer is now not only a supplier
designated for military equipment manufacturers but also a model enterprise
at the provincial level. The manufacturing plant serves both as a
member of China Auto Wheel Council and as a member of China Auto Parts
United Sales Group. Jiaxing Fengpai Auto Wheel Plant is a leader
of China¡¯s wheel making industry in terms of economic indicators and
comprehensive capacity such as product range and quality, output,
and sales revenue.
At present, the plant operates three facilities for the production
of light-duty cold-roll Wheels, Wheels for light-duty trucks,
and Wheels for midsize and heavy-duty trucks in addition to a
cathode electrophoretic paint dressing processing line and a mould
metalworking processing line. The enterprise has a strong team of
engineers and technicians using CAD for all product designs. At the
tech-heavy plant, key equipment is imported from foreign countries.
The designed output capacity per year is 1 million sets of Wheels
covering over 100 specifications that range from heavy-duty, intermediary-duty,
light-duty, mini-duty, farm, specialty Wheels. Quality is our
first pursuit and first priority and requirements from our users are
the very objects we go all out to reach as quality norms. The enterprise
was certified for ISO 9002 of quality assurance system in 1999. The
major buyers of our Wheels are Nanjing Yuejing Motors Group,
Iveco Motors Group, Dongfeng Hangzhou Motors Works, Xuzhou Heavy-Duty
Trucks Works, and Puyuan Engineering Co. Ltd. The manufacturer supplies
maintenance parts to Zhejiang Province Auto Corporation and some military
industrial enterprises. Our Wheels of various specifications
have been exported to America, Canada, Malaysia, and Indonesia in
recent years and are quite popular with overseas users. The steel
rings of 5J x 16 and 7JJ x 16 are two proprietary patented products
the enterprise owns.
