Production Facilities

The manufacturer operates a group of facilities to produce different Wheels ranging from light-duty Wheels, Wheels for light-duty trucks, steel rings for heavy-duty trucks and midsize trucks. The manufacturer is also equipped with a cathode electrophoretic coating processing line. The factory has over 300 sets of major production machines including imported equipment such as tyre rim scum machine, cold-roll forming machine, spinning machine, and cathode electrophoretic coating processing line. The factory also has seven large scale and heavy duty press machines such as the 1,250-ton mechanical pressure machine and the 1,000-ton hydraulic pressure machine. The manufacturer is able to produce over 100 types of cold-roll Wheels and structural steel rings in various specifications.
